Kiwi & Goat Cheese Bruschetta

Are you looking for something delicious, simple, but not quite the same ole’ thing? Let me introduce you to Kiwi Bruschetta.  Kiwi Bruschetta this is (your name here). lol just kidding! I actually ran across this combination unintentionally. I was having an Ugly Christmas Sweater Tea Party (don’t ask lol) and I had it all planned out to make Strawberry Bruschetta for one of the appetizers. But guess what, the grocery store had NO STRAWBERRIES!! Looked to my left and what do I see, KIWI! Stacked on, stacked on, stacked. So rolling with the punches, the strawberries were benched and the kiwi were going in as my starters.

I didn’t want to use the same cream cheese duo so I switched it with goat cheese. I absolutely adore goat cheese, and it doesn’t really matter what fruit you put with it, it’s heavenly. Don’t care for kiwi? Try another fruit of your choosing. Not fond of goat cheese? You are not alone No worries, go ahead and swap that out for cream cheese or even a spreadable swiss. Ooooooo, that sounds good just thinking about it.  Sorry, back to what I was saying; don’t worry there are plenty of options.

Oops, I almost forgot an herb.

Level up tip: dress the fruit up with mint or even basil to give it an added touch of greatness.
